My basis is Neimods post that a release would happen beginning of this week and well after tomorrow it's the middle so it only sort of counts and after that it's too late XD Well we all know it's unlikly to happen at my predicted time, some might say only because it's so preciese I say because Hykem might be kill.

If you're using those posts to try to round off a date then you should remember that neimod also made a post saying there would be a slight delay because he found an error in the exploit.

This doesn't mean anything... Either the important part is still private or it's just because it's the common part the piece that recognizes the firmware this does not mean a exploit and it for sure not a public exploit.

I think the exploit is not coming and Nintendo cut some cheques, thus the update before the exploit.

Updates have happen before when the team was "close to releasing" stuff (5.4 for 5.3.2; 5.5 for 5.4; 5.5.1 for 5.5) so it wouldn't surprise me. Something just seems fishy.
