I just want to say like the other member said. If you can save even 5buck per month in 5 months you can get the equipment u need.
I just wat to point out that people here try to help. If something goes wrong is a possibility.
As a programmer and it specialist i have to do tha same thing on same hardware many time, and i can assure u that make some mistakes from time to time, so maybe someting goes wrong or i missed something small. Imagine something like internet witch change all the time.

Btw I should clarify, I am more than capable of setting up the kinds of systems that are being suggested. That is not my problem with the suggestion. My problem is that it is furthering the idea and concept that console hacking is only for the technologically elite or those with money to throw away. To me this is a problem

An exploit is a very difficult prograss and with the new security u have to become kind of elite to lounch them.
Although the current wiiu exploit is really easy and cost efficient if u ask me.

Roughly half of the physical area of the country (maybe closer to 2/3) is limited to satellite or cellular internet. Both of which have criminally low data caps and in the case of satellite, the cost per Mbps is ridiculous. We pay $80 for around 10 Mbps. Fucking highway robbery.

Yeah that very expensive like robbery but still this is an unfair world we live in.
So we try our best to help as much as we can.
Imagine there were no dev who could give the exploit. Then u would have nothing to do else than buy games and do basic actions

Again, that is not something that everyone has the luxury of. Not everyone has a spare computer they can set up as a webserver, or a phone for the same. I certainly don't.

Okay. How are you communicating with us if you don't have a computer, or a phone?
Are you using the crappy web browser of the Wii U?

Because if you do it from a computer, just install a wamp, its a useful piece of software that will give you everything you need to turn your computer into a webserver, for $0. You don't need a spare computer, just "a" computer.

If you do it from your Wii U... Then I strongly suggest that your priority from now on is to get a computer.

For anyone who cares, I have made some level of progress on getting the dns to block it properly.

I thought my router blocked dns but it was not capable to do so and i found out after testing with the site provided in the guide.
