Okay, it's a re-pack of a previous bundle so many may already have it (or don't care about it to begin with), but it's certainly worth mentioning: a bundle with some capcom AAA-titles:

$1 or more:
STRIDER™
Resident Evil Revelations 2 - Episode 1: Penal Colony
LOST PLANET® 3 (now complete pack)
Bionic Commando: Rearmed
A few coupons for new games

Beat the average (as of writing nearing $9):
Resident Evil Revelations
DmC: Devil May Cry
Resident Evil 4
Remember Me
...and "more games soon" *

For $15 or more:
Devil may cry 4: special edition
Resident evil 6

source: humble bundle

This may be of interest to some... :)

*I've bought it the last time. It's no guarantee it'll be the same game now, but if it is, it'll be the following game:
Resident Evil™ 5

How does humble bundle work? If I pay $9, do I pick 1 game from the $1 tier, and 1 from the $9 tier? Is it random?

Pretty much what Flame says. Once you've paid (by paypal or bank card) you'll receive a mail with a link to where you can unlock or download the games of your bundle (in this case, it's only windows and only steam, so you'll need a windows PC and steam account). It's obviously online only, so don't expect physical discs.

Also worth mentioning: if you beat the average, you'll get ALL the games of that category. So if you pay $9 now and the average later increases to 10 or higher, you'll still get the extra game(s) that unlock later on.

Great bundle, especially since I got BTA at $4.93 :D

That said, it's surprising RER2 is not a full game upgrade even at the top tier. Otherwise the bundle's is great for anyone wanting upgraded visuals and frame rates for the games launched on the previous gen consoles
