Gaming how well do you think the upcoming core Pokémon game is going to sell?

Let's Go sold 10 million in its first 6 weeks. Smash Bros. sold 12 million in its first 3 weeks! (btw, are these numbers physical copies only, or do they include digital sales?). I didn't expect either of these games to do this well. Do you think the core Pokémon game will sell better/faster than Smash Bros? Will it sell the same as Let's Go? Nothing makes sense anymore hahaha. No one predicted Smash selling 12 million in 3 weeks. I would love to hear what people think because I really just don't know anymore

Yeah, it'll outdo Let's Go by about 4-10 million in the same time frame. Switch will have at least another 10 million units sold by then, after all. It's currently at almost half of what 3DS has sold for hardware. And the price hasn't even dropped yet. I don't know if it will pass Wii, but I think it will get close to those lifetime numbers. Especially after they get Animal Crossing, Luigi's Mansion, Metroid Prime 4, Pikmin 4, and other big IPs on the system. It'll gain more and more third-party support as time goes on.
