Hacking How to view identify TitleID within pkg?

Are there tools that can provide me with the CUSAXXXXX so I can look up the identified game?

edit: Looking for software to retrieve TitleID (CUSA code) from pkg.

Let me clarify. I'm looking for software to inspect a pkg so I can identify the TitleID of the pkg.

iirc, you can see the title id/content id with a hex editor. this is for the ps3, but it might work with the ps4. I believe it's near the top of the file.
