Hacking how to use wifi on m3i using wood

I have playing pokemon black usa on my m3i zero using wood. The game works but when i try to connect to wifi (using the nintendo usb) i get full bars and it says a user is connected then i get no bars and it says i cant connect. How can i fix this? I have tried but i cant find a place to turn on the wifi as on other firms.
