Hacking How to use Metafortress patch with CFG Usb loader?

I cant understand how to use it...

you are suppose to make a gameconfig.txt file and put it on the root of the SD but when i do it, game wont start with CFG usb loader.

Yea im talking about Metafortress patch from Kirby Return to dreamland.
