Hacking How to use downloaded save files?

I i download a save file from http://www.gamefaqs.com/ds/946308-pokemon-...m-version/saves how can i use it with my acekard 2?
i tried just putting it on there but that did not work....

EDIT: Also, make sure the ROM and the save file are named exactly the same.
