ROM Hack How to use CSAR files?

So, I know how to extract the BCSAR files and get the CSAR file from it, but I don't know how to listen to it, is there a tool for that? Tried EFE and 3DSExplorer, both don't support CSAR format...

EDIT: Wait, my BCSAR file is exactly the same than the extracted CSAR file, same CRC....

It makes it a lot easier so you don't need to go into a hex editor and take it out manually.
I used it to decrypt GardenSound.bcsar and the audios inside.
To put it back in will involve hex editor and changing the bytes for the bcsar.
You will know the addresses of the CWAV, CSTM, etc because the cwav dumper states it in the dumped file's name.
