Hacking How to use cheats on patched games?

How come it doesn't let me use cheats on patched game like one thats patched for AP?
(Im using AKAIO 1.5)

I don't think you can unless you edit the cheat file to apply cheats to that specific game ID. When you patch a game for translations or AP, it may change the game ID rendering cheats unable to work on that game. If your using AKAIO, I don't know of any major games that need AP patching for now so everything should work with the latest loaders.

You need R4CCE. Bring up your USRCHEAT.DAT file and then go to your game. Where it says Game ID you need to press the button with the three dots and select the patched ROM. It will change the game ID to the new one. Make sure to save afterward.
