Tried and it still cant update using OFW, same error

Maybe in your switch you have 90dns activated. With this option, the switch will never connect to Nintendo's servers.
I tried booting Heake and then reboot on OFW.
I am using the Hatspack which i know has 90 dns pre installed but booting OFW should not trigger it correct.

Tried volume + - and booted to OFW without the memory card and still getting this weird error.

Just make a firmware dir in the root of your sdcard and copy the firmware files in that firmware dir and run daybreak.
It works cause i said so.

Yea i belive its the mac, i will hold untill a final release is out and will find a Win pc.
Thanks alot

Macs tend to add a bunch of extra files for indexing in the apple ecosystem. When I was in to wii u softmod stuff the main issue for a lot of people was following guides meant for pc on a mac. If you only have a mac Bootcamp or some kind of virtual pc program will fix that issue. Although Im sure there is something you can do in a macs settings to make it stop with all the indexing bs when you want to transfer files for your nintendo stuff. On the other hand I would just play it safe and use the virtual pc with windows 7 or higher when you just want to drag and drop files to merge/ overwrite lol.
