Hacking How to update/restore H&S hourglass9-injected FBI using godmode9?

I have an ancient version of FBI injected over my H&S app. I THINK I injected it using hourglass9 back when I installed A9LH around 8 months ago. I'm not positive how I injected the old FBI as I have several {n,2,3}DS devices. And it was a while ago.

Now I have upgraded to boot9strap using the guide. I tried injecting the latest FBI over the old one using the godmode9 instructions Injecting any .CIA app into Health & Safety

But H&S is still the old version of FBI. How do I restore the original H&S when it was (probably) injected using hourglass9?

contained several .app files and a single .tmd file. Only one of them was big enough (about 920KB) to inject FBI, so I deleted the other .app files and attempted H&S injection again. Worked perfectly.

Not sure what I did, but it was not the same problem as the leftover Gateway downgrade cruft mentioned in the Troubleshooting section of the guide.

Fastest method I know of is to do the following:

- Open FBI
- Go to "Titles"
- Find and delete Health&Safety
- Power down your 3DS
- Power it back on and do a System Update

Even fastest method:

-Download the latest version of Decrypt9WIP
-Extract Decrypt9WIP.firm into luma->payloads folder in your SD card
-Press and hold start while you power on your console.
-Choose Decrypt9wip and do the steps as always
-Profit.
