Hacking How to update my M3 Sakura - 1.34 Offical release?

I tried downloading the new firmware for M3 Sakura but it came up with a program that I installed..

The system file wasn't in the download. Am I missing something?

Help is appreciated.

Edit: I found the system file alone from someone's topic, sorry for posting.. Still, dunno why the file wasn't in the download

It was in the download, when you run the movie conversion program, in the top right of the menu is set up sakura.
