How to update firmware on 3.51 M33?

I dont want to brick my PSP so trying to figure out the process of upgrading the firmware.

I have 3.51 m33-7 currently

Hey dude, did you find any way to fix it?
I've the same issue.
Somewhere i read to downgrade to 1.50 ofw. In other discussions i read i should directly upgrade the cfw...
but i coont find anything working.
I've a PSP 1000 (PHAT)
