Want to use the Content on my 2DS memory card on my N2DS XL Memory card, without a system transfer. Is this Possible?

Like unlinking my NNID on my 2DS, so I can use it on my N2DS XL?

You'll have to format the SD card and install everything again. It's not possible.

No. Your NNID is saved on nintendos servers. You will get errors upon using anything related to having your nnid or console serial number checked. Saying the info is for a different console. You would need to system transfer or have a nintendo rep transfer that info to the other console you own.
