so when i want to not use hacks again how do i transfer my games and eshop stuff hack to sysnand

I think you need to have A9LH installed to swap your emuNAND and sysNAND.

Just use a save manager, do a system and SD format, temporarily use hax to restore your saves, manually remove hax from your SD, and you're done.

This would be counterproductive as there would be leftover CIAs that the OP couldn't do anything about.

because il get banned from pokemon tours and i have 2 3ds i can use other one for hacking

If you want to transfer all of that, then I think like I said earlier, you have to use A9LH, though I'm not 100% sure about that.

How will they know your 3DS is hacked unless you tell them?

eh problem is i won't be able to get games saves back cause il have to redownload games and you needl asted flirmware unless i can spoof on synand then restore saves and update

You must logout of your nnid in the settings and after you format then you log in. If you don't log out you will have to call nintendo and ask them to restore your nnid so that you can download your titles.
