Homebrew how to transfer pokemon from rom hacks?

when i try to load the hackrom save into pkhex it gives me an error

Depends on the romhack. ORAS/XY/SuMo hacks should work fine due to the limitations of what we can edit.

Other romhacks may or may not work, depending on the ROM hack.
