How to test if your Switch can overclock RAM?

Use OC Suite like @ChanseyIsTheBest said above...

To test use this: https://github.com/KazushiMe/Switch-OC-Suite/releases/download/1.4.0/memtest_membench.zip

Use tinymemtest to check performance with and without OC to see if something's not working properly and use memtest to test stability like leaving it for a few hours, if it finds a error that means the OC failed...

But even if it passes on memtest you should just simply play games and see if it gets any crash or bad textures, if not it should be fine.

ps: Anyway using OC suite with default options should be totally fine without problems, but if you want you can go nuts with voltage and frequency, it's all explained in OC suite github and that's done using their online configurator, but you should read it well to understand what's not recommended...

EDIT: You can also check this thread https://gbatemp.net/threads/switch-oc-suite.625066/ (it shows some info on performance difference with ram OC).
