Hacking How to stop PS Vita auto updating..

I've just got a PS Vita and it's on 3.60, and I'm abit worried about setting up the wifi connection yet incase it starts to update itself.

I've looked in settings but can't see a 'turn off auto updates' or anything. Is there anything that I must or must not do before I get all connected to the internet and try out the Henkaku.

Settings - System - Auto Start Settings - make sure the 'Download update File for System Software' is unticked
