Hacking How to soft reset on 2i?

So my Acekard 2i came today, and I love it. But I cant figure out how to soft reset. Hmm.

Enable soft-reset in the settings if it isn't already enabled.

Hit L+R+A+B+X+Y to soft-reset.

No, once you enabled it in the systam options it should work on every game

I have no soft rest option in the system settings.

you have to press R/L to scroll though the different menus. If you're running official firmware, it's under the 'patches' bar.

EDIT- WikiTemp says,

* AKAIO D-Pad combination is L+R+B+A+Down while actively using a ROM or Homebrew. This option must be turned on globally to make use of the Homebrew soft-reset feature.

BTW, what's the difference between IRQ Hook, and SWI Hook?

He just got it. He's probably not using AKAIO.

I am using AKAIO. And I already figured it out. It's L R A B and down. I just assumed the combination would be the same as my m3ds simply's reset.
