ROM Hack How to rip Black/White pokemon sprites?

How can I rip all the pokemon sprites from the rom?
I'm only interested in the front+male+normal color. (But more is ok, I can delete stuff!)

I see this, but I'm interested if there are any other solutions. (I can't compile this at the moment)
