Hacking How to restore original TP save?

Since I used the Twilight Princess hack I backed up my original save (about half way through the game). I haven't been able to restore the original save file. what could I be doing wrong. Could someone guide me in the right direction? Thanks

did you back up your original save file?? if yes then have you removed the twilight hack save file?? yes

ok then at what point r u recieving probs and what is the message u recieve becker..

Did you delete twilight hack before moving the old save back?

Once the homebrew channel is installed the hack file is no longer needed.

The hack file is still needed even after installing the homebrew channel.

What if you accidentally brick / do something stupid?

The only way to fix it would be to autoboot Twilight Princess and reverse what you did via the Twilight Hack with either a modchip or starfall.

No, it's not needed. It's better to have it in case you install untested software, but otherwise there's no NEED to keep it.
