Hacking How to restore Nand for a clean update

I made a clean Nand Backup of version 6.0.1 before i did anything to my switch and it has been offline ever since. I use SX OS and Emunand and i would like to restore my switch to a clean version so i can update it to the latest firmware without getting banned.

I don't care about burning fuses unless there is a good reason to keep the fuse count the way it is now. I just want to be able to play online in OFW while using CFW to play other games.

It has been over a year since i hacked mine so can someone tell me what tools i need?

Did you get all three files backed up? Rawnand, boot0 and boot1?

So far my plan is to use Hekate to restore my Nand but i am wondering if that will get rid of all the SXOS files and if i need to delete everything from my sd card.
