Hardware how to put titles on hd to disk?

ok i no putting games on the hd is over all easy but once they are on the hd is there a program i can use to make a playable disc out of it any help is apprecieated also i would like to copy hd files from one drive to another without loading it into the wii how do you do that?

WBFS Manager allows....

- Copy .ISOs to a Hard Drive
- Pull .ISOs from a WBFS Hard Drive, back to .ISO form
- One pulled you can burn with IMGburn (to make a disc)
- Copy one WBFS Hard Drive contents to another WBFS Hard Drive
