Gaming How to purchase things with star coins??

I got my 3ds yesterday, and I'm just wondering how do I purchase things with the Star coins??

The Mii Street Plaza has some minigames you can spend Play Coins in, and the AR Card Shop (unlocked after beating Archery, Ball Shoot, and Fishing) allows you to buy more games with Coins.

Samurai Warriors Chronicles supposedly has Play Coin -> Gold support.

I'm almost positive there's another game that uses them too. Can't think of it.

SSFIV uses them,
I havnt beat archery and stuff yet so that explains why...

Also ive noticed theres no Pictochat??

I haven't used Pictochat on the DS in over 3 years. I'm certainly not missing it.

No, there is no pictochat for 3DS though nintendo has said there will be some new communication methods added in a future update... Most likely the major may update.
