Hacking How to play Mario Party 8 in fullscrenn?

I am playing PAL version but it has big black borders and this is the only Wii game that is doing this, any way to force it to play in 16:9 ?

there's a way with ds games, but I don't know about wii games that have black borders.

The only way to play a 4:3 game in proper 16:9 widescreen is to modify the game itself to play in widescreen. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a 16:9 mod for the PAL version of Mario Party 8 (An NTSC version exists however). Even so, widescreen mods generally cause issues for games that were designed for 4:3 aspect ratio. And whatever you do, DON'T stretch the image to fill the screen. It's better to have a maintained aspect ratio with black bars.
