ROM Hack How to patch gba rom with code?

I'm little confused here about that. I know that Crackers made that GBAATM, but I have a hard time with making Link to the Past trainer for it.
I pasted all codes, but there was no codes to select in a game when it started.
Can somebody make a tutorial how to make a nice trainer for Four Swords/Link to the past?
Is it possible just to make a rom without trainer but with 999 rupees all the time and infinite health?

Is there a way to apply codes in some emulator and than to dump a rom with implemented codes?

Try this,I made a ips patch off of my own trainer patched Legend of Zelda, The A Link to the Past & Four Swords rom.make sure it is the usa version rom.Use lunar ips to apply the patch and tell me how it works.

sorry I dont know how to take a screen shot but here is my steps.
1/check enable/disable button
2/check trainer menu button
3/execute every 100
4/uncheck VBLANKCHECK
5/LOAD CHEAT FILE(I keep mine all saved in a text file,will attach an example
6/make sure all codes are codebreaker
7/click patch game!

3. Aladdin ( works but without a trainer menu )

I am new to using GBAATM. I got cheats to list in Trainer, but when I select cheats (even just 1), I keep getting jump error... Anything I can do?

you can you codebreaker codes or Raw codes
when you use RAW select that in te menu down below of the program
the settings for each gba can different to you can use slowmo V-blank screen these things
what i see is depending on the game you must figured out on youre own how it works
not every game is the same he..

Both are Encrypted

Now give you the same code but now decrypted

AR =Action Replay : Decypted

Most of the part of GBA i'll use this codes

I am confused... Why do I keep getting the jump error? Is it better to use RAW codes? Where can I get them?

I tried Codebreaker code format. Every time I try to create patched rom and load it, here is what happens:

- Load ROM
-Trainer Menu comes up, cheats listed
- If I enable 1 code, or even none, game crashes when I press Start. Get the Guru Meditation screen with the unmapped address error...
