How to nest cheats into categories with edizon and tesla?

I can't seem to find it anywhere when looking up either edizon or tesla but I remember seeing somewhere that it was possible to nest cheats into categories like

[1P Codes]
----[1P Max HP]
----[1P Max MP]
[2P Codes]
----[2P Max HP]
etc...

but I don't know how to format that in the cheat file.
