How to mod the ExeFS?

I put the .code.bin in luma/title/titleid folder but it doesnt have an effect on the game. Did I forget to do sth? Game patching is enabled and RomFs patching works too.

    On graphic settings there maybe a "aspect ratio" setting for running games, if that's what you mean.
