Hacking How to manually download the update files?

I don't have broadband at home and am wondering if there's a method to find out the URL that the PS3 tries to connect to when it wants to update the games (running 480 Rebug) so I can copy and paste it with the intention of downloading directly via the computer where I've got net access.
