Hacking How to make my own cheat.db file?

I was searching for this for 2 hours but I still don't know it. How do I create a cheat file for the m3 Real?
I've also read about making a .txt cheat file, but that didn't work. Can you help me?

You can always download a .db cheat file. Open it up and just copy the formats and replace the data with your own.

that's a txt cheat file format not cheat.db format...man!!! I thought you could really open *db files to edit

I did.. I created a .db file with that program, but when I search for cheats in my m3 Real, I get a message: No cheat codes for this game..
I tried to add cheats for Animal Crossing (Europe). Maybe cheats don't work for that game..

So he just need to keep it in two format, one to edit and one to release in .db
