Hacking How to install cfw without camera

So I have a 2ds with a broken camera, and I tried to install CFW but the browser hax only works with the camera so I tried OOThax and it sends me to home menu right before going into the HBC... Does anybody knows how to fix this or have ever had this problem?

Sounds like you have the wrong oothax payload
