You can remove the ios 249 using AnyTitle Deleter.
That might be the problem.

i cant find that file in that link, only on some v3 thing, do i need to downgrade or not?, i currently have 3.4 i installed hbc via twilight and have cios installer and gator gamma installed but it says cant find cios when i try to play backup
also i cant install internet channel wad via wad manager 1.3

Tell us what you did with AnyTitleDeleter =)
Did you delete the IOS249 using it?
Now, I really don't see why it's not working then. Maybe wait for BIG MOE, or search the forum for other people with the same error.

ok i tried loading it and it gave error 1017 but i just pressed a to skip and got to the menu. I picked system files and looked throught the ioses and got to 249 and pressed a. It asked for confirmation of deletion and i pressed a and then it said deleting ticke failed error something else and unable to delete.

i have 3.4 and installed IOS16 via wad manager 1.3, after that i try to run homebrew channel for modified wad manager(davi92's) but it doesnt show up on channel. I have made an apps folder and put the boot.mod in it and it still doesnt show up. I changed it to boot.dol and it still doesnt show up. how can i install wad's 1-8 if i cant get this app to run? wad mngr 1.3 wont load the wads.

Google cIOS remover 1.1 Its called something like that, and it is confirmed to remove cIOS 249

Moe did have it, but the IOS rules forced him to take it off the forum. He has an average of 8 posts a day though, so its only a matter of time before he replies.

Use it's boot.dol file to load after the TH.

Hi i had no problem using the software before, but now on a nother system starfall hangs right at the acceptance screen, plus I believe I installed the wrong version of TH. Would this cause any major problems?
