How To Hack A PSP 6.20 and 6.35

This guide is for hacking any PSP Model with Firmware 6.20+.All links to required files can be found at the bottom of this post.Hacking/Downgrading has no gaurantee of working and if done wrong can cause a brick to your PSP, please follow this guide at your own risk only if you know what you are doing.First of all you should know that using this guide Firmware 6.20->6.35 can all have a softmod.If you are on 6.20 do not update to 6.35 as it can also be hacked because the 6.20 softmod is the most stable with homebrew and currently has a downgrader.

HACKING FIRMWARE 6.20:
1.Download and install the Patapon Demo from the bottom of this post
2.Unzip the Hen 6.20 Pack archive (download below) at the root of your memory stick
3.Run Patapon, click on “continue” and load the crafter savegame
4.Press any button to continue when Patapon asks for it and press the R trigger after that
5.HBL should show up annd load HEN.A warning Memory Leak may appear but thats just to troll you so dont worry
6.Once you’re in the XMB, press “select” to make sure the TN Hen menu displays correctly
7.Download the ISO Loader(Bottom of post) and copy it to PSP/GAME/
8.Copy ISOs/CSOs to an ISO folder in your root
9.Homebrew is installed in PSP/GAME/HOMEBREW-FOLDER/EBOOT.PBP
10.???
11.Profit

HACKING FIRMWARE 6.35:
1.Download the signed HEN from the bottom of this post
2.Copy it to PSP/GAME/
3.Run it via memory stick in your XMB
4.Download the ISO Loader(Bottom of post) and copy it to PSP/GAME/
5.Copy ISOs/CSOs to an ISO folder in your root
6.Homebrew is installed in PSP/GAME/HOMEBREW-FOLDER/EBOOT.PBP
7.???
8.Profit

Last year I bought a brand-new PSP-3000 that I only opened once to see what version firmware it was on. After that I packed it back in its box and never touched it again. It's been sitting in my closet since. I just wish I brought it with me when I moved away from home to start med school.

Nice guide, I'll have to try it out when I get the chance.

Also if your firmware is 5.03> then dont follow my guide as you can get a much more stable CFW than this.hope you get your PSP soon
