I lost my gamepad so I have the drc-sim to emulate the gamepad but I don't want to use that every time I use HID to VPAD to play games that require only the pro controller/gamepad such as Breath of the Wild.
When I try using HID to VPAD with the classic controller it highlights the wii u gamepad and when I click any button it won't let me configure with it. It won't let me switch to the real pro controller to configure. This only works if I'm emulating the gamepad.
I saw this on youtube and wonder if I can do the same thing with the classic controller

If you skip to 6:20 he launched the homebrew channel and then he loads HID to VPAD and after that all he has to do is click a button to configure it. Not sure if this will work with the classic controller though :/
