Hacking How to force update a 3DS

So im doing anything dumb with my 3DS with gm9 and delete thing so i can acces my home menu i can acces gm9 and recovery mode but i wont me do a update saying "The console is up to dare" and i dont wanna restore a nand backup. So what file can i delete change for letting me make a update ?

The update option in godmode9 updates godmode9 itself so even if you deleted say a system tiltle to prompt an update you would not be able to install it since you cant access the home menu best bet is restoring

I have deleted some file (menu home) because im dumb and now that dont start up but i have resolved it

Ctrtransfer Is best thing if you have software only
