Between the name of this forum, your post title, and post content, nobody has a clue what you're talking about or what you're asking for. Are you saying your SD card itself is broken? All you can do is format it and run h2testw to see if it's any good. If it's no good, there is nothing you can do about it.

Except if it's a genuine samsung card... they have a lifetime warranty. You must take a very clear picture of the front and back (so the serial number can be seen in the pic), and fill in a warranty claim. You can then cut the card in half and send a pic of that too, and they will send you a new one without having to return the defective one.

(post edited after reading a second time. Thought at first you asked how to fix a sploit card...)

A memory that has been corrupted and it is now partitioned as raw.is there a way to fix it
If you can't format it, chances are the card is faulty. SD cards have a short life span. You can try with another SD reader, sometimes it helps.
If you're asking about how to recover the data on it, try a data recovery program such as GetDataBack or Recuva.

Use a partitioning software something like AOMEI Partition Assistant, it should display the details about the sd card, and if it's unallocated you can create a new partition as well as formatting it as FAT32 32kb cluster size after.
If the sd card allowed you to do the above, i highly recommend checking the sd card for errors with h2testw, do not skip this step or the same issue will happen again sooner than later (if it's faulty). Run the test with the "read & verify" option.
Depending on the result, you'll either need to format again and start using it (if it's not faulty), or you'll need to get a new replacement sd card (if it is faulty).
