Hacking how to downgrade arm9lh new 3ds 11.0

so here is my quick question, how i can downgrade my new 3ds to 2.1.0? i want to do a backup of this version

Whoops, you're right. In that case they can just transfer a 2.1 ctrnand from plailect's guide.

why would he want to downgrade to 2.1 if he already has A9LH

why would you need OTP again? you know you can just backup your current nand with A9LH already installed

Backup your OTP to 7 different places and ya be fine.

My, the OTP will be near immortal..
But it's true, you should just backup the OTP in multiple places.
I placed mine on my notebook HDD, my flashdrive, my extHDD, my sis's notebook, her extHDD, and my GD.

I'd suggest putting your OTP in the root of CTRNAND using Godmode9.

Btw a tip, if you have several systems, rename the OTP.bin to otp(serial number of your console).bin. Then you can never accidentally use the wrong one :-)
