How to create a homebrew CIA?

    I tried to follow the guide on the temp wiki, but there's no guide on how to edit the RSF, and whenever I try to build one I get an error.

    Yes, make the BANNER_IMAGE variable in the Makefile point to the cgfx file

    It's worth noting, but I believe the CPU speed specified in older RSF Files isn't supported anymore; change from 256->268MHz.

    Move over your source files & romFS, modify the resources in the meta folder, modify the Makefile with your libraries & app metadata, then you can just run make to build the 3DSX, CIA files to the output folder. You can also do make run to build & run Citra

    I think I'll stick with 3dsx
