Hacking How to create a bounty?

I want to create some bountys for the PS4 scene but idk if there are some "trustfully" plataform.

What sort of bounties?

Many places might frown on hacking goals, saving that you are the company in question, but homebrew library milestones is a different matter entirely (though possibly still troubled on some).

Most prebaked services won't do much (them being more about continuous funding or one time donations, or funding for a deliverable goal*).

*I say with all the "physics does not work that way" projects we see scattered around the shop.

To that end most will go with rolling their own, which does come with trust problems (though why anybody trusts paypal I don't know).

I think Rinnegatamante have or had a bounty service for PS Vita.

Nah, i need a web page with people who can check if the bounty is successfully or not and take that bounty "safe" until then. And the developper/s can take the money (i don´t need to scam to anyone).
