How to convert Game Update (10.5) to an fpkg?

I'm looking at Heavenly Bodies 1.10 which was released a few days ago. It adds 4 player coop to the game. It requires 10.5. Is there any method I can use to convert this to an fpkg and run on 9.0?

Only if someone (dumps it and) backports it for you…. Check backport and cybers Twitter pages…

Otherwise there is no public way to backport official packages to fpkg without an exploit.
