How to Connect Samsung Gem to PC?

I took some pics on my phone (Samsung Gem by Android) and i can't get into the internal memory. I have the drivers installed for it but the only way i can get into any type of memory is via my SD card inside of it. I don't get an option to move my pics to my SD card and uploading them one by one will take me ages. Does anyone know an app or method to get to the internal memory via USB connection or to move the pics to my SD card?

Nevermind it was in a folder called DCIM on my SD card....XD I feel slow now......
