How to connect N64 to PC DVI monitor

I was just wondering, since I've always seen those vga box to convert the yellow+red+white to VGA, but I wanted something like a DVI box to connect my N64 to my DVI monitor.
Didn't want to buy a VGA box and a VGA->DVI adaptor to do it.

And about the sound, I found this at DX:

with adaptors, I can connect both red and white cables to this one and then to my speakers

if anyone know where can I find the 'DVI box' of any sort, please tell me...
