    You get all of its dependencies and then compile it.
    You can also read the readme if there is one.

    This isn't even a Github question, it's a project-specific question. What language is the project in? What build system does the project use? Is the code even able to compile in the first place?
    Contact the author of the project, and tell them to add a damn readme with some information.
