Hacking How to check the region of a disc?

Hello!
I've got two backups of one game but one backup is PAL an the secound is NTSC-U. How to check which of them is the
PAL one and which the NTSC-Uone?

You can open up any WBFS Manager and look at the ID. You can also use a hex editor to look at the ISO, at the first six bytes. If it ends in U it USA, or E it is PAL.

hold a lighter 1-2cm underneath the disc you just burnt, it will reveal a burned region "pattern" after about 30 - 40 seconds.

A small brown/yellow "pattern" means its PAL
A medium sized brown "pattern" means its NTSC-U not to be confused with NTSC-J which is identified by a very big black "pattern" on the disc.

Another solution is to force PAL 60 when you run it. If there's a green flash, it's NTSC, if not it's PAL.
