Hacking how to auto start-usb loader gx forwarder channel

hi
how to do this ?
when i turn on my WII
than
auto start-usb loader gx forwarder channel
than i see all my gemes from my usb HDD
like I Don't Need to go to "usb loader gx forwarder channel" click with the wii hand START
it happen automatically

1. Install the latest priiloader (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Priiloader)
2. Copy the usbloader gx dol to the root of your sd cart
3. Turn on your wii and hold the reset button
4. Priiloader screen should appear
5. Choose Load/Install File
6. Choose the usbloader gx dol you put in the root of your sd card earlier
7. After it is installed go back to the priiloader menu and go into settings
8. Change Autoboot: to Installed File
9. Save settings
10. Reboot, usbloader gx should start, even without the sd card inserted

EDIT: for #2 it would probably be a better idea to do what geegee said and use the forwarder dol (Link) It loads from the same place the forwarder channel loads from (ROOT:/apps/usbloader_gx/boot.dol)

You can also just install a forwarder dol and not the emulator itself. They can be found on the usb loader gx website.

it just did an error and sent me to the homebrew channel instead of going to usb loader gx

Alright so obviously I don't know the process of coding these things but I have a question. Is it possible to do the process of the roms to cia on the 3ds instead of going to the computer? I'm asking because I don't own a computer but I hacked my 3ds by using my phone only and I really want to do this but I can't because I need a computer. So I was just wondering what other ways I can do to have those ds games on the screen.
