Hacking Question How to apply IPS patch for system NCA

I want to change ease_nro_restriction to true.
I've made IPS patch for decrypted 0a33ffd201c82322d37d280cbf945dc3.nca with LunarIPS. Now i need to put it to

exefs_patches\es_patches

or somewhere else?

And SX OS supports patches for system's NCAs? Because i see that supports exefs patches but i can't find if it's enabled for system NCAs.

Hm IDK about SX OS's patching but I assume it uses atmosphere's code, so yeah.
