Hacking how to add folders ?

hi newby here trying to add folders to the cfg so i can put my son games in one and on the other my daughters games i have try doing it i have made the folders but them i don't know how to find it in the cfg and how to add the games that i already have (15 games ) i know its not a lot but i just don't want them fighting because each other is playing the games my kids are 5 and 7 lol
ps i know this sound funny but i hope you can help
