How often do you all drink water?

I try to avoid drinking water.
It's definitely not good but water tastes so bland, I prefer a soda.

I know it's not healthy...

Wouldn't be surprised if I end up with diabetes.

It depends, if I'm working on the farm I drink a TON of water but if I'm being lazy I drink something that tastes better (JUUUICEE!).

I drink a lot of water. I don't keep track of how much I drink, but since there are no soda or juice available I just stick with whats there.

I drink water every day at dinner. On school days I also drink water in school during lunch.
I drink around 1,3 liter water per day, and every morning I drink at least one glass of milk.

During the evening/noon I drink a glass of milk or soda.

This. Except I have a medical issue which requires more sugar ect. So soda is fine, I just hate the teeth stains it leaves

I drink 2 lts of water a day because of this local beverage.

On weekends, sometimes, those 2 lts are beer.

I drink water almost everyday. When I eat out - I sometime drink Coke, that's all. Your body is made up of mostly of water. Approximately 85% of your brain, 80% of your blood and 70% of your muscle is water. very cell in your body needs water to live. You can see how important water is to you. Water is your best friend!

I've got three 20oz. sigg water bottles that I fill up at the tap and drink every day.
Sometimes if I'm feeling sluggish I'll end up hitting some juice or coffee or pop...it's just habit, sometimes I need something with more kick to it. Though on the right day a nice icy cold glass of water is like SO refreshing and satisfying...aaaaah...

I think it is its lack of taste. It is like it purifies and refreshes you from the inside.

I mostly just drink tea or water, sometimes milk. Soda would be a rarity. When I was younger it was the opposite way around.
