Relatively recently, I've stopped drinking anything but (some types of) juice, milk, and water, simply to prevent kidney stones better. That led me to studies that say that humans are supposed to consume about 2 liters of water per day! (Naturally, that includes water absorbed through, say, the shower, as well as water in foods like vegetables). I had not had any straight water for a long time before this, drinking mostly sports drinks (terrible for you by the way) and soda. Caffeine, of course, dehydrates you, increasing the need for more water. So, what are your tastes? Do you think that what you do is healthy, or at least healthy enough?
